3. Account Registration and Security

Account Security Obligations

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ck345 login credentials.   • Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method that belongs to you and that matches the method used to make deposits to your account.
  • ck345 may request documentation to verify your identity and ownership of the payment method before processing any withdrawal.
  • Withdrawal requests that are under active review by the ck345 compliance team may be temporarily held pending completion of that review.

5. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

ck345 may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload promotions, and other incentives to players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms published alongside individual promotions:

  • All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before any winnings derived from bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
  • Bonuses are awarded to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times may result in bonus cancellation and account review.
  • ck345 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
  • Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted into cash without meeting the stated wagering requirement.
  • ck345 reserves the right to void any bonus, free spin winnings, or associated funds where it determines that a player has abused a promotion or exploited any technical error.

Bonus abuse: Players found to be systematically exploiting promotions — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method designed to extract value without genuine gameplay — will have all associated bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the ck345 platform. Individual game rules, which take precedence over general rules where there is a conflict, are published within each game section of the platform:

  • All bets are final once confirmed. ck345 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been placed and confirmed by the system.
  • In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, ck345 reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account.
  • The platform's records of all transactions and gameplay are the definitive record in any dispute. Players may contact ck345 support to request a review of a disputed outcome.
  • ck345 reserves the right to impose minimum and maximum bet limits on any game or market at any time, without prior notice.

Sports Betting Specific Rules

For cricket and other sports betting markets on ck345, the official result declared by the relevant governing body (ICC, BCB, or equivalent) is the result used to settle bets. In-play bets are settled based on the state of play at the time the bet was accepted. ck345 reserves the right to suspend in-play markets at any time without notice, for example during breaks in play or in the event of connection issues.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ck345 platform. Engaging in any of these activities may result in immediate account suspension, confiscation of funds, and permanent closure of your account:

  • Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously, or registering on behalf of another person.
  • Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or at any other stage.
  • Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage or to manipulate gameplay.
  • Colluding with other players to influence the outcome of any game or betting market.
  • Attempting to exploit any technical error, software bug, or loophole in the platform to gain an unintended financial advantage.

ck345 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities where required by law. Any activity on the platform that ck345 reasonably suspects to involve money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and the associated account or accounts will be suspended pending investigation.

8. Account Suspension and Termination

ck345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
  • Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe when requested.

Upon termination of an account, any balance remaining in the account after deducting any bonus funds that have not met their wagering requirement will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements. ck345 reserves the right to withhold funds where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

Planned and unplanned maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond ck345's control may cause temporary unavailability of the platform or specific features. ck345 will endeavour to minimise disruption and to communicate planned maintenance windows in advance where reasonably practicable.

11. Amendments to These Terms

ck345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ck345 will endeavour to notify registered players via the contact details held on their account. However, it is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly to ensure that you are aware of the most current version in effect.

Your continued use of the ck345 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request closure of your account by contacting ck345 support.
